This includes providing practical advice on measures to comply with statutory provisions and assisting in the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Health, Safety and Environment in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice on health and safety matters to management and employees.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and review health and safety performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Nebosh Diploma or equivalent.
  • Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety or working towards.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
