Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing internal communication strategies to drive engagement and action.

  • Developing and executing effective internal communications plans to enhance employee engagement and alignment with the company's vision.
  • Crafting and editing high-quality communications materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations, to inform and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute company-wide events and webinars.
  • Maintaining accurate records of communication efforts and tracking their impact on employee engagement and retention.

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package, including bonus and benefits.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week from Bedfordshire.
