Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver engaging lecture content to students on Higher Education Sport Therapy courses.
  2. Evaluate student work to ensure academic standards are consistently met.
  3. Develop and enhance the curriculum of Sport Studies Department courses to reflect industry developments.
  4. Counsel and discipline students as needed to maintain a positive learning environment.
  5. Represent the college at career fairs and conventions to attract new students.
  6. Conduct rigorous quality audits to ensure excellent service delivery to learners.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Sports Studies or Fitness, with no teaching qualification required but a commitment to achieving a Diploma in Teaching and Learning expected. A proven ability to teach educational programmes in higher education is desirable.
