About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to deliver expert investment advice while fostering strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will provide tailored investment advice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, understanding and meeting their financial needs.
- Investment Recommendations: Analyse client information, conduct thorough research, and deliver tailored financial advice.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to relevant financial regulations and company procedures.
- Professional Growth: Achieve and sustain competent status as required by regulatory bodies and undertake continuous professional development (CPD).
Qualifications Experience:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients and 5 years in the financial services industry.
- Chartered Financial Planner designation.
- Experience with project management or similar leadership responsibilities.
- In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear, actionable advice.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
