  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Post-registration experience with evidence of continuing professional development
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with residents, colleagues, and external agencies
