Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing risks associated with project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid development methodologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project planning and coordination for the delivery of larger cross-team initiatives;
  • Collaborating with component teams to compile work estimates and planning assumptions;
  • Identifying and coordinating cross-component dependencies throughout the development life cycle;
  • Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to actively remove obstacles blocking progress;
  • Proactively identifying and managing delivery risks; and
  • Tracking progress against target completion dates using Jira and other tools.

You will also be responsible for reporting on project status and providing guidance and assistance in resolving issues and removing roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or other technical field;
  • Experience in full lifecycle software development project management, including planning, monitoring, managing risks and issues, and reporting on project status;
  • Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization;
  • Strong organizational, planning, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; and
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
