Job Title: Scaffolding Specialist

The Estimated Salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
This position involves working as a Production Support Operative in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth. The ideal candidate will possess a CISRS Level 2 Scaffolding Qualification and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Erecting and modifying scaffolding within the department
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Working effectively as part of a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CISRS Level 2 Scaffolding Qualification
- NPORS N402 Slinger/Signaller (Desirable)

Work Arrangements:
- 35 standard hours a week, Monday to Thursday (07:30 - 15:30), Friday (07:30 - 12:30)
- Shift and overtime possible, but not guaranteed
