Newly Qualified Dentist

We have a full-time opportunity for a newly qualified dentist at the start of their career to join our 5-surgery practice in Southampton.

Our practice offers a supportive team, a well-managed appointment book, and a great work-life balance with flexible scheduling options.

As a newly qualified dentist, you will benefit from:

  • Estimated earnings of over £105,000 NHS and upwards of £30,000 private potential
  • A golden hello payment of £15,000
  • An annual contract of up to 7,000 UDAs, allowing you to decide what is right for you
  • Market-leading UDA rates
  • An excellent opportunity to build your private income, including the Colosseum Choices Scheme
  • An existing list of well-cared-for patients, offering you more than enough patients to meet the NHS contract requirements
  • Access to a modern working environment with digital x-ray processing, rotary endo, and a dedicated Therapist
  • An opportunity to access bespoke Clinical Training, Sponsored Education & CPD, and access to our Oslo Training academy

This 5-surgery practice is located just off the busy high street, with excellent access to shopping facilities and free car parking.

An active NHS Performer Number is required.
