Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit an experienced International Payroll Manager for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the international payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead a team of 5 payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll processes and procedures that meet the company's global needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure the company's payroll processes are compliant.
Requirements:
