**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality plans and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead regional quality audits, both internal and external, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across various sectors, including education, high-rise, student accommodation, commercial, leisure, and defense
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our quality management systems remain effective and efficient
**Requirements**
* Extensive experience in new build construction projects, preferably with a leading construction company
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
