We are seeking an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join our busy team of bodyshop productives. Our accident repair centre in Luton offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Familiarity with skills, knowledge, and techniques required for the MET Technician / Fitter role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards
- Identify additional repair work and liaise with bodyshop advisor
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Carry out quality controls

Requirements:
- Fully qualified MET Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre

Salary: £51,480 - £60,000 (OTE) plus efficiency and workshop bonuses.
