Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing breakdown support, routine maintenance, and Health & Safety inspections for our customers' machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for 3-phase motors and braking systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Work independently, with occasional overnight stays and early starts to avoid traffic
  • Source new parts, either by liaising with suppliers or conducting online searches
  • Manage a vehicle and tools, with access to a small workshop for off-site repairs
  • Complete administrative tasks, including report writing and data entry, from home
  • Participate in training programs, such as the PUWER course, to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Undergo DBS checks to work in educational settings
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 in an engineering practice
  • Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical expertise
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work from home
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
  • Full, clean UK driving license
