About the Role:

The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a highly skilled Member Relations Assistant to join our team at our Epsom Clubhouse. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, handling complex queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with members, both over the phone and in person, to build strong relationships and ensure a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and external partners
  • Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of handling complex queries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other relevant software
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
