Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Coordinator to work on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales administration or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations team, responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, generating reports, handling customer inquiries, managing relationships, and tracking product samples.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
