Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Health and Safety Manager to lead our organization's compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that meets ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety strategy that promotes a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
* Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, and provide support to operations staff as needed.
* Ensure the QMS is implemented and followed by all departments, and provide training and guidance as required.
* Serve as a key contact for customer complaints and assist operations staff in their investigations.
* Contribute to FMEAs, risk management plans, and risk management reports.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety, quality, and QMS management.
* Proven experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 experience desirable).
* Excellent knowledge of quality systems and risk management principles.
