Job Description

This role involves working as part of an amazing team of carers who provide support to our customers in their own homes.

You will be responsible for promoting and encouraging independence, assisting with daily routines, and identifying opportunities for integration, participation, and inclusion.

Providing quality personal care, engaging in conversations, and building relationships are essential aspects of this role.

About the Role
  • Promote and encourage independence while assisting customers with daily routines.
  • Identify new opportunities for integration, participation, and inclusion within services and the community.
  • Provide quality personal care, maintaining respect and sensitivity towards customers' individual needs.
  • Participate in household tasks, encouraging customers to join in.
Requirements
  • Friendly, compassionate, and dedicated person.
  • Able to hold a full, valid, and clean driving license, access to a motorized vehicle, and business insurance policy.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a double-up team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
