About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford in Luton Airport. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Tom Ford products, including fragrances, makeup, and skincare
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays
