About the Role
  • Inspire Engagement: Deliver engaging and differentiated History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for the subject and developing students' communication skills.
  • Cultivate Expertise: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic and enriching History curriculum that encompasses cultural understanding and communicative competence.
  • Pioneering Teaching: Employ innovative teaching methods and resources, including interactive technology, authentic materials, and cultural activities, to create a stimulating and immersive learning experience.
  • Pastoral Care: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their wellbeing and personal development.
About You
  • Qualified Educator: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Modern Foreign Languages education.
  • Subject Mastery: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in History with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of History language and culture.
