Mental Health Specialist in Early Intervention

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Early Intervention. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with individuals experiencing mental health issues and provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support via phone and email to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction. They will assist customers with technical queries, respond to customer inquiries, document customer interactions and feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role include handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly, providing product information and clarifying product features, offering solutions and workarounds for technical issues, and upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service and technical skills, and availability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer support or a related field, knowledge of technical products and services, fluency in multiple languages, and certifications in customer service or technical support are preferred qualifications for this role.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
