About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join our team at PSR Solutions, a leading provider of infrastructure, construction, and property services in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage M&E packages across multiple high-rise residential schemes
  • Support site teams in the delivery of M&E projects
  • Lead project teams in managing statutory service providers and meter operators
  • Provide technical advice on building services and energy efficiency
  • Assist in the appointment of M&E contractors
  • Liaise with design managers and act as the main contact for M&E package design
  • Advise on value engineering and assist with technical reviews of M&E packages
  • Analyze M&E quotations and assist with the selection of M&E subcontractors
  • Act as M&E Commissioning Manager for projects
  • Develop programs for M&E installation and commissioning
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction as an M&E contractor or main contractor
  • Experience of high-rise residential building with stay put policy
  • Experience using Asta Power Project planning software
  • Experience of AutoCAD
  • Ideal degree education in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification
  • Ideal professional membership of CIBSE or working towards
