Store Operations Manager Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Lidl UK. As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, leading a team of colleagues and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  4. Manage the shop floor, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.

Requirements
