We are seeking talented and motivated Water Educators to join our team at Swimming Nature, the UK's leading independent provider of bespoke swimming tuition. Our innovative approach prioritizes early and comprehensive swimming education, ensuring a lifelong skill for our students. By focusing on individualized instruction and support, we help students build confidence in the water and develop essential swimming skills.

Role Requirements:

- Possess a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification
- Have exceptional communication skills and prior experience in customer-facing/service roles
- Hold a current lifesaving qualification (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay rates ranging up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy flexible working hours, including weekdays, afternoons, and weekends.
