Mind Recruitment | specialists in Technology, Executive & IT Sales recruitment is seeking a skilled Digital Asset Operations Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Crypto and FinTech/Digital Assets to work with a global Digital Asset custody institution and contribute to their growth plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a small team of Operations Analysts in overseeing and ensuring that the Transactions Operations team are managing, setting up and onboarding new assets ensuring they meet compliance regulations.

* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Transactions Operations team and other departments.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience working with Crypto and FinTech/Digital Assets and a good functional understanding of Blockchain.

* Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing small teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
