The successful candidate will provide essential support to teaching staff, enabling them to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure students make optimal progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.\
  3. Work closely with teachers to identify areas where students require additional support, developing targeted interventions to address these needs.\
  4. Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting confidence and independence.\
  5. Contribute to the development of whole-school initiatives, enhancing the overall quality of education.\

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.\
  • Experience working with students with varying abilities and needs.\
  • Safeguarding and child protection training.\
  • A valid UK driving license.\
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\

Terms and Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week during term time. The hourly pay rate is £14.60, with benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
