About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support. As a specialist teacher for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you will be responsible for providing tailored support and education to KS2 students who require additional assistance with their social, emotional, and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Work closely with external agencies and professionals to support the holistic development of students.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS or possess a Certificate in Education.
- Ability to work with students with SEMH needs.
