Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, adhering to Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures.
  2. Prescribe, deliver, and supervise the execution of care plans, promoting rehabilitation and independence where possible.
  3. Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are stored and administered correctly.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  5. Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
  6. Participate in inspection visits, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
  7. Monitor and record resident care, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns.
  8. Promote a cohesive team approach, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
  9. Support the Home Manager in achieving key targets and promoting a positive company culture.
