About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ENT Specialist to join our team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As an ENT Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality out-patient care to patients with routine ENT conditions, including the management of children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality out-patient care to patients with routine ENT conditions, including the management of children.
  • Work autonomously in a community setting, managing all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed aims and objectives.
  • Contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service, driving best practice in overall performance and finance.
  • Actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating all staff to deliver maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fully registered with the GMC.
  • Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS).
  • Fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
