Job Title: Adviser (Environment)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Dr SW Clinics. As a Cosmetic Clinic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our treatments and converting enquiries into appointments/new business for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promoting the benefits of treatments and converting enquiries into appointments/new business for the clinic
  2. Following up on enquiries into the clinic and booking them in for a consultation
  3. Following up cancellations and VIPs to book them in for a re-visit
  4. Booking appointments and treatments

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience
  2. Maintaining a positive relationship to ensure future sales
  3. Excellent organisation and planning skills
  4. Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
  5. Compassion, discretion and persistence in a sales function when following up enquiries
  6. Ability to multi-task, juggle a large workload and prioritise important vs urgent tasks
  7. Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  8. Outgoing, friendly manner
  9. Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic

Desirable Skills:

  1. Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical clinic in a front-of-house, patient-facing role
  2. 3 years experience in a sales-driven role
  3. Multi-language skills
  4. A persuasive, persistent and determined nature
