Performance Reporting Analyst

As a Performance Reporting Analyst at Wessex Water, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse data sources, build credible reports, and provide insights that drive performance.
With a strong focus on data analysis and reporting, you will work closely with the Performance Reporting team to build and maintain business reports in QlikView and Power BI. Your expertise will be crucial in surfacing critical information and data trends to operational staff and senior management, enabling them to make informed decisions.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for compiling and distributing regular reports to a high quality and providing a service throughout the business for ad hoc data queries and assistance. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders across departments, building a strong understanding and knowledge of water service processes and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to translate complexity to a range of stakeholders, and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience using a range of formulas, pivot tables, and charts. An element of coding experience and working knowledge of QlikView or other business intelligence software would be beneficial.
