Job Summary: As a Fostering Specialist with Olive Branch Fostering, you will play a pivotal role in the Recruitment and Assessment Process. You will be responsible for completing Form F assessments, preparing high-quality reports, and supporting local teams with Skills to Foster training. Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting initial visits to potential applicants and preparing visit reports,
* Preparing assessments for QA and panel,
* Supporting local teams with Skills to Foster training,
* Managing a caseload of up to 7 fostering assessments at one time,

Requirements:
This role requires strong presentation skills, a confident articulate style, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. A full UK driving licence is necessary for this position.
