About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Specialist to join our team in York. As a Complaints Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the review and investigation of reported complaints from initial correspondence to successful conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution
  • Identify and monitor root causes, trends, and impacts of complaints, recommending remedial actions to correct processes and improve systems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in complaints resolution or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
