Luxury Retirement Village Project Leader
A prestigious opportunity awaits an experienced Project Director to spearhead a £15 million to £60 million luxury retirement village project. This complex development features a purpose-built, luxury retirement village with modern facilities, emphasizing sustainability and quality in its design and construction.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Guarantee timely project completion, adhering to budget constraints and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  2. Oversight of all development stages, from planning and design to construction and handover.
  3. Effectively manage project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
  4. Maintain outstanding communication with stakeholders, addressing their needs and expectations.
  5. Implement sustainable building practices and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  6. Drive the completion of a luxury retirement village, featuring hotel-style facilities, communal spaces, and apartment units.
  7. Risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in managing large residential or commercial construction projects, preferably with exposure to retirement or senior living schemes.
  • A proven track record in project delivery, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, including sustainability practices and prefabrication methods.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure project success.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
