About the Role:

Raytheon UK is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in Glenrothes. As a Production Associate, you will work within an electronics manufacturing facility, performing production-related tasks and contributing to the success of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Soldering and inspection to ANSI-J STD/IPC610
  • Mechanical and wiring assembly
  • Kit preparation
  • Bonding and coating
  • Testing of assemblies and sub-assemblies using specialized equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment or role
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Basic PC skills
  • Quality-focused, with a high emphasis on the importance of quality to the customer
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Required to pass a basic eye test, including color blindness

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous electronics and mechanical assembly experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
