**Job Summary**

Pressure Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager - Hydraulics to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery and technical delivery to meet client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, Pressure Dynamics, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage the timeliness and accuracy of project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders including clients, sites, and internal teams on matters that affect project deliverables and goals.
  • Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
  • Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor, Diploma, or Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Engineering.
  • PMP certification (well-regarded).
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in various aspects of project management.
  • Must have experience in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
