Glos is seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Manager to join our team. As a Content Creation Manager, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and ensuring our online platforms perform to the highest standards.

About the Job

You'll collaborate with the sales and buying teams to produce relevant, on-brand social media content. You'll also design basic artwork using Photoshop or Canva, working alongside our graphic designer for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with the sales and buying teams to produce relevant, on-brand social media content.
    • Design: Create basic artwork using Photoshop or Canva, working alongside our graphic designer for complex projects.
    • Videography: Film and edit product and case study videos with music overlays and text.

    • Innovate: Develop fresh ideas and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

    • Assist with marketing efforts for trade shows and create email campaigns.
  2. eCommerce Management:

    • Process, upload, and manage product listings across our websites.

    • Maintain exceptional standards of online product presentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information (images, descriptions, attributes, etc.).

    • Respond to customer inquiries related to eCommerce, providing clear and helpful solutions.

    • Conduct regular website usability and functionality testing.

About You

  • Confident in writing and managing social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Skilled at basic design work using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and able to use initiative to suggest and implement innovative ideas.

Salary: £25,000 per annum.
