Central Business Support Administrator

Our client, a leading company in Farnham, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Business Support Administrator to join their team due to expansion.

The Role:
  1. Provide administrative support to all divisions, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, booking meeting rooms, and using the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system.
  2. Support with client onboarding, including creating client Letters of Engagement, adhering to Money Laundering procedures, and assisting in client conversions.
  3. Meet and greet office visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  4. Assist with internal and external events, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
  5. Ensure exceptional client experience through in-person visits and telephone contact.
  6. Contribute to general office upkeep, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
