- Assist with the investigation and resolution of complaints and concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that patients' rights are respected.
- NMC registration and a valid PIN.
- Experience in a relevant speciality, with a strong understanding of frailty and rehabilitation care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain and improve standards of care, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.
