Time 4 Recruitment is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with a well-established and highly successful main contractor specializing in design, build, refurbishment, and refit in the commercial sector. Their clients include branded restaurants, hotels, offices, and universities across the South West of England and Wales.

As a Senior QS, you will be working on a hot project involving a property already substantially built up to roof level. You will join the Project Delivery Team and report directly to the project commercial manager and the bid manager when necessary. The role is available immediately with a duration of 12 months +. Hybrid working will be considered, although a minimum of 2/3 days will be required on site during the pre-construction phase.

The key responsibilities of the Senior QS include:

* Pre-construction phase preparation of the contract bid.
* Full bill of quantities evaluation.
* Subcontractor and supplier procurement.
* Phased takeover of the ongoing fortnightly pre-construction valuations.
* CVR reporting.
* Forecasting.
* Client liaison.
* Construction phase monthly valuations.
* CVR reporting.
* Final account projections.
