Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Casual Child Residential Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive environment for young people who have been in care and are moving towards independence.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a responsive, customized, and quality service to young people placed in their individual flat or shared house. This will involve working in line with person-centred risk assessments, support plans, and liaising with support workers to provide a full handover. You will also maintain positive working relationships with young people, staff, and professionals by communicating effectively at all times.
