Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business growth and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meetings, emails, and phone calls
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment
- GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving business growth
