About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Experience Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international students and contribute to their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement student events and activities, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, staff, and key stakeholders to promote a sense of community and support.
  • Plan and execute induction and arrival activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new students.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of Durham University visit days and college allocation process.
  • Support the development and implementation of student volunteering opportunities and sports development activities.
  • Conduct and facilitate student/agent tours, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience.
  • Assist with the production of promotional materials, risk assessments, and process guides for events.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote events and activities on social media.
  • Support the arrival process for students, ensuring their welfare and safety during their stay.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience working in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience in administration and event coordination.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data protection regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
