MEP Technical Service Lead Opportunity

About the Role:

PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Service Lead to join our award-winning M&E contractor client based in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking mobilisation site reviews and validations, preparing drawings with subcontractors, and collaborating with labour on the ground to ensure a good working environment and morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake site reviews and validations to ensure compliance with British Standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare drawings and assist with design reviews to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Review labour on site and provide feedback to the Senior Team to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with labour to maintain a positive working environment and high morale.
  • Review project programmes and ensure a two-week look ahead is reviewed on every bi-weekly visit.
  • Prepare project progress snapshots and issue monthly % tracking documents.
  • Finalise testing certification and as-built mark-ups, and conduct site handovers and customer witnessing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of British Standards and Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS) and driving licence.
