Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Ensuring the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of childcare and education
  • Working closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Providing coaching and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work closely with the nursery management team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
