Job Description

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and producing reports for the DWP. You will need to demonstrate empathy, respect, and sensitivity in your assessment delivery while upholding best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine how an individual's disabilities or conditions affect their work life
  • Produce concise and accurate reports for the DWP
  • Meet with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video
Requirements:
  • Continuous Professional Development present on your CV
  • IT skills and experience of using a range of software
  • Self-aware and focused on professional development
  • Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality

  • A competitive salary: £73,500 - £43,000 per annum, plus ongoing bonus of up to 10%
