We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team at McCurrach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within your defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and execute solutions that drive sales growth
  • Deliver on key selling metrics and support colleagues to achieve execution excellence and customer management
  • Adopt a full category-based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Convenience, Business Development, or FMCG is preferable
  • Field-based role requires a manual driving license
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good administration, organizational, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and IT and Social Media literate
  • Strong and resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace
