Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
