About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
  • Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a role model for the team, providing support and guidance with training and development.
  • Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.

Requirements
