Role Overview: Conspicuous is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Operations Expert with a strong focus on finance to join a dynamic team. This role requires someone who is not only capable of guiding and mentoring others but is also hands-on and willing to get stuck into the work themselves. You will lead the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' financial processes and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions with a focus on finance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management within D365 F&O.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Actively participate in hands-on work alongside guiding the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Financial Operations Expert, with a strong finance background.
