Job Overview: Operations Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Operations Superintendent to lead our operations team in Derry Depot.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in planning and scheduling job orders. They will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while providing excellent customer service.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting the operations team with job organisation, reviewing diaries and material requirements
  • Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained on-site, completing audits and reporting incidents
  • Liaising with senior managers and administration personnel for work-related queries

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Operations management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
