About the Role

Job Description

In this position:

  • You will be responsible for leading all site-based activities required for the successful delivery of the project, including planning, programming, design management, monitoring, reporting, and completion of projects ensuring that customer needs are met within set budget and project KPIs across all functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with pharmaceutical and healthcare projects, particularly in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms.
  • A working knowledge of company safety and quality procedures is essential.
  • Fully conversant with CDM regulations and able to operate at a senior level in fulfilling the role of Principal Contractor.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
  • Extensive experience in Construction Management, with training in IoSH Managing Safely or SMSTS.

This role offers a competitive salary range, estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
